These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website crystalglassshower.com and the services provided by Crystal Glass Inc, operating as Crystal Glass ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

1. Estimates and pricing

The on site consultation and measurement are free and carry no obligation. Pricing and project timelines given before an on site measurement are estimates and may change once we measure the opening and confirm the glass, hardware and access conditions. A final price is confirmed in writing before fabrication begins.

2. Scheduling and lead times

Because every piece is fabricated for your specific opening, the average time from approved measurement to installation is 2 to 3 weeks. For urgent projects we will tell you honestly whether we can shorten that. Lead times may be affected by glass supply, weather and access to the site.

3. Materials

Our standard is 3/8 inch tempered glass with CRL hardware. Clear, low iron and frosted glass options are available. Small variations in glass tint, hardware finish and edge appearance are normal characteristics of the material and are not defects.

4. Warranty

All installations include a 1 year warranty covering adjustments and sealing issues related to our workmanship. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, including broken glass, damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning, damage from movement or settling of the structure, or work performed on our installation by anyone else. Manufacturer warranties on hardware, where they exist, pass through to you.

5. Care and maintenance

Glass should be squeegeed after each use and cleaned with a mild glass cleaner. Abrasive pads and harsh scouring products damage the surface and any protective coating, and damage caused this way is not covered by the warranty.

6. Cancellation

Because glass is cut to your measurements and cannot be resold, a project may be cancelled without cost until fabrication begins. Once the glass has been cut, cancellation may be subject to the cost of materials already produced.

7. SMS Program Terms

7.1 Eligibility and age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to opt in to our text messaging program. We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has opted in, contact us at (508) 306-8372 or crystalcustomglass@gmail.com and we will remove the number.

7.2 Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Crystal Glass Inc related to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, project status updates and occasional promotions.

7.3 How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the separate, optional SMS consent box on the contact form at crystalglassshower.com, by texting us first, or by providing verbal or written consent to a member of our team. We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording shown to you and the date and time.

7.4 Message frequency

Message frequency varies, and depends on the stage of your project. On average you can expect 2 to 4 messages per month.

7.5 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Crystal Glass Inc does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

7.6 How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and we will not send you any further messages. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

7.8 Supported carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

7.9 Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your information.

8. Website use

The content, photographs and design of this website belong to Crystal Glass Inc and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Project photographs show work performed by our team. Results shown are specific to each project and are not a guarantee of an identical outcome in a different space.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific installation in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
